Who has spent the last 12 years in Jersey, before that he has travelled across Europe and spent time in the USA, his family home is in Hungary his family are wine growers and his passion for catering came from a young age, closely followed by his love of  Harley Davidson motorbikes …..

Simon, Chef

Catering is in his blood, dating back to a generation who were cooks in service. Simon has a dedicated passion for food and he started his career in the kitchen aged 12. For the last 24 years he has held 2 AA rosettes both at Chateau La Chaire and for the last 10 years at The Moorings Hotel with his wife Jo.

Jo, Secretary

Not wanting to give her age away, Jo has also been involved in catering for all of her life, enjoying the last 24 years in Jersey. For the last 10 years they leased the Moorings Hotel in Gorey where you would find Jo running the front of house. Her free time is spent walking with her dog Roxy around the parish’s of St Martins and Grouville.
